Obtaining samples from us is a crucial milestone in our business partnership. Below you will find our sample policy, which will guide you through the process of initiating collaboration with us.
1. Free samples for plain paper bags
Choosing the right paper bag matters. We offer free samples for plain paper bags — you only cover the international express cost, and we take care of the rest.
2. Printed paper bag samples
We're happy to arrange printed samples for you. Customers cover the plate cost and international express charges.
3. Use your own express account
If you have an account with DHL, FedEx, UPS or any other courier, we can ship samples on your account. No account? Send to an agent in China, or prepay shipping via PayPal.
4. Design file format and transfer
We need the source design file so your bags look exactly right. Preferred: Adobe Illustrator. We also accept vector PDF, Photoshop and other formats. No file? Our in-house designers can help. Send files via email, Google Drive, Dropbox or any file transfer service.
