2. Data we collect

When you contact us, request samples or subscribe to our newsletter, we process the data you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and the content of your message. Server logs may include IP address, browser type and access time for security and stability purposes.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes, ship samples and fulfil orders (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR), as well as on the basis of your consent for our newsletter (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

4. Storage and deletion

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the stated purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. After that it is deleted.

5. Processors and hosting

Our website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare and our backend (database, authentication, file storage) runs on Supabase. These providers act as processors under data processing agreements. Data may be transferred to third countries only on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as to object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@basedpackaging.co.
