What does sustainable packaging actually mean?
Packaging is sustainable when it delivers on four pillars: recycled or renewable material, certified end-of-life, a lower carbon footprint than the alternative, and a transparent supply chain — provable with FSC, TÜV OK Compost or LCA data.
Which packaging is most sustainable for my products?
It depends on the product. For dry goods with food residue, home-compostable kraft paper with PLA barrier wins. For e-commerce shipping, recycled kraft mailers lead. For cosmetics, refill systems in aluminium or glass beat any single-use option.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is 2–3 weeks from print approval for digitally printed orders, 4–6 weeks for flexo. Rush production available.
Are there minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
From 1,000 units for digitally printed bags, 250–500 units for cartons, 5,000+ for flexo flexibles. For launches and limited editions we recommend digital print — no MOQ hurdle.
